Welcome to What a Read. The terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to WHATAREAD S.L. We operate this website and related services to provide you with products and customer support (the “Services”).

Our online store runs on a secure third-party ecommerce platform, and all purchases are made directly with WHATAREAD S.L.

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) describe your rights and responsibilities when you use the Services. All product descriptions are subject to change at any time without notice. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time and to limit quantities offered to any person, region, or jurisdiction.

When you place an order, you make an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline orders at our discretion. Your order is accepted only after payment is received and we confirm acceptance.

Please review your order carefully before submitting it, as we may not be able to accommodate cancellation requests after acceptance.

If we do not accept, modify, or cancel an order, we will attempt to notify you using the email address and/or other contact details provided at checkout.

Prices, discounts, and promotions are subject to change without notice. The price charged is the price in effect when your order is placed and shown in your order confirmation.

We accept major payment methods, including Visa, Mastercard, and American Express, as well as digital wallets such as Shopify Pay, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.

Unless expressly stated, posted prices do not include taxes, shipping, handling, customs, or import charges.

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate account and billing information, and to promptly update that information as needed.

You represent and warrant that payment details you provide are valid and authorized, and that you will pay all charges incurred, including shipping and applicable taxes.

SECTION 5 - SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

We currently ship within the United States only.

Current checkout options are Standard and Express. Delivery estimates are based on handling time plus transit time, and are shown at checkout and in our Shipping Policy.

Express shipping is not available for PO box addresses.

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to carriers, weather, peak periods, or other factors outside our control.

Unless required otherwise by applicable law, risk of loss passes to you when the order is transferred to the carrier.

SECTION 6 - INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content and materials on the Services, including trademarks, text, images, graphics, videos, audio, and design, are owned by or licensed to WHATAREAD S.L. and are protected by intellectual property laws.

You may use the Services for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, publish, or exploit any content without prior written permission.

All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

SECTION 7 - OPTIONAL TOOLS

We may provide access to third-party tools on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties or endorsements. Your use of optional tools is at your own risk and discretion.

SECTION 9 - PLATFORM PROVIDER

Our store is powered by Shopify. However, all purchases are made directly with WHATAREAD S.L.

WHATAREAD S.L. is responsible for products, shipping, returns, and customer support related to your order.

SECTION 11 - FEEDBACK

These Terms are governed by the laws of Spain. Any dispute relating to these Terms or the Services will be subject to the competent courts of Barcelona, Spain, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rights applicable in your place of residence.
