Dedications must meet format and length rules shown during personalization. Remove unsupported characters and re-save.

No. Shipping is charged separately. Shipping fees shown at checkout include handling, packaging, and shipping.
Standard: 10 to 12 business days (US$5.99). Express: 6 to 8 business days (US$21.99).
We currently ship within the United States only.
2:00 PM ET (Mon-Fri). Orders before cut-off begin same business day; after cut-off begin next business day.
Express shipping is not available for PO box addresses.
If tracking is available for your method, the tracking link is sent in your shipping confirmation email.
Possibly before production starts. Personalized made-to-order items usually cannot be changed or cancelled once in production.
